Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in good condition.

Should the item/items you have bought from www.cherrycosmetics.co.uk be unsuitable or not what you expected and you would like to get a refund, we will refund the goods value only. We charge a 10% restocking fee for items returned.

For hygiene reasons we will not accept the returns of Cosmetic item.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Please send copy of invoice with return goods.
